AnimeBaba (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates https://animebaba.com, an online store selling anime-printed t-shirts, hoodies, and jackets.

• Payment Details: Transaction metadata (amount, date, payment status) for orders via COD or Razorpay. Full card/UPI credentials are never stored on our servers.
• Account Information: Username, password (hashed), order history if you create an account.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser, device type, operating system, referring URLs.
• Cookies & Tracking: Session cookies, analytics (Google Analytics), advertising pixels (Meta Pixel).
• Communications: Support emails, chat transcripts, reviews/comments.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

• Process orders and exchanges.
• Communicate order confirmations, shipping updates, and support responses.
• Personalize and improve website performance (analytics).
• Prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.

3. Payments

We accept:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Razorpay — including UPI, wallets, netbanking.

All online payments are handled securely by Razorpay. Transaction metadata (payment ID, amount, status) is retained for accounting and order tracking. We do not store full payment credentials.

4. Size Exchanges

• No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
• Customers may request a size exchange within [X days] of delivery (see Size Exchange Policy page).
• Exchanges are processed according to stock availability.
• Payment adjustments are not made — COD or Razorpay payment remains, only the product size changes.

5. Sharing Your Data

We share personal information only when necessary:

• Payment processors (Razorpay) for order processing.
• Shipping partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery) for delivery.
• Analytics and advertising providers (Google Analytics, Meta Ads) where consent is provided.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Size Exchange Policy

1. Exchanges Only

• We do not offer refunds. Only size exchanges are allowed.
• Request an exchange within [X days] of delivery.

2. Condition of Items

• Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. Payment & Shipping

• For COD orders, the replacement is sent via COD.
• For Razorpay payments, no money is refunded — only the product size changes.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping; we cover sending the replacement.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange

• Contact animebaba2025@gmail.com with your order number, product, and required size.
• Follow instructions for returning the original item.

5. Limitations

• Exchanges are limited to size only — no color/design swaps unless explicitly allowed.
• Exchanges cannot be combined with promotions unless specified.
